Role Overview

As our QA & Partner Success Manager, you are the bridge between our technology team and our enterprise trial partners. You will own the quality assurance process — ensuring our legal AI outputs meet the exacting standards of the legal profession — while also managing the pilot partner relationship lifecycle from onboarding through UAT to production adoption. This role is critical for our POV success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive QA test plans for the KAG platform: functional testing, regression testing, edge-case legal scenario testing

• Build and maintain the Legal Benchmark Suite: 500+ trap questions covering citation accuracy, logical consistency, entity integrity, and temporal validity

• Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with 3–6 enterprise trial partners: schedule sessions, collect structured feedback, prioritize bug reports

• Manage pilot partner onboarding: secure API integration, training materials, user guides, and ongoing support

• Track and report POV KPIs: NPS, helpfulness score, time savings, WAU (Weekly Active Users), issue resolution rate

• Conduct daily stand-ups with engineering team to triage pilot issues (target: <5 P0 issues at any time)

• Prepare milestone review documentation and pilot partner satisfaction reports for Enterprise Singapore

• Act as the “voice of the customer” in product planning meetings, translating partner feedback into feature requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in QA, customer success, or technical account management

• Strong analytical skills: ability to design test cases, analyze usage data, and produce actionable reports

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); Mandarin is a strong plus

• Experience with QA tools (Jira, TestRail, or equivalent)

• Comfort working with APIs (Postman, curl) for basic integration testing

• Identify policies and controls enhancement needed relating to the investment activities carried out on private assets and suggest and implement modifications needed to the monitoring and assurance plan.
• Identify and monitor regulatory obligations (including reporting) to Korea Financial Supervisory Commission arising out of AIAIM’s cross border DIM licence held.
• Provide support on responding to or reviewing responses to enquiries from overseas regulators in relation to AIAIM processes and policies from requests originating from Group Wide Supervision requirements (e.g. HKIA).

Requirements

• Degree holder with over 7 years of regulatory compliance experience in the asset management sector; Experience and exposure in investment funds (e.g., UCITS Luxembourg SICAV or Variable Capital Companies) preferred but not essential.
• Familiar with compliance and monitoring coverage across Equities, Fixed Income, Trading, Alternative & Real Estate Investment, Research and Derivatives businesses.

This role will expose you to daily operations of managing an ed-tech start-up and facilitate the smooth delivery of our coding programs to students in local and international schools.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents
• Share the vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students
• Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
• Maintain customer relationships and build a strong community. Act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with them
• Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received
• Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion
• Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research
• Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system
• Relationship manager for our community, continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents
