Purpose of the position

• To conduct on-site audit against the requirements of relevant standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.) or ESG, GHG, SRA, NEA, or any related management system/scheme assessment

• To provide expertise, produce surveillance and initial audit reports, and make recommendations for certification decisions.

• To promote the BSI product offering and solutions to our clients with the view of improving their business performance, managing risk, and “Making excellence a habit”

Key responsibilities & accountabilities

• Undertake management system audits in accordance with BSI requirements.

• Prepare audit reports and deliver findings to clients to ensure client understanding of the audit decision and clear direction to particular items of corrective action where appropriate.

• Submit the audit report timely and reply to the report reviewer’s query promptly.

• Recommend the issue, re-issue, or withdrawal of certificates, and report recommendations in accordance with BSI policy, procedures, and prescribed time frame.

• Lead audit teams as required, ensuring that team members are adequately briefed so that quality of service is maintained and that effective working relationships are sustained both with Clients and within the team

• Establish and develop an effective partnership with the client, which secures the commercial relationship and encourages opportunities for business development and increased client satisfaction with clients.

• Provide accurate and prompt information to the customer service team, working closely with them to ensure that client records are up to date and complete and that all other internal information requirements are met.

• Coach colleagues as appropriate and assist in the induction and coaching of new colleagues as requested.

• Maintain and develop auditor skills, competence codes, and technical and management system standards knowledge.

• Provide technical support as required to clients as well as to internal staff.

• Act as a brand Ambassador for BSI. This means acting ethically, following company rules, and promoting BSI services to clients so they are able to optimize business performance.

Candidate specification               

• Auditor experience and qualification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and in the sustainability sector, such as ISO 14064-1, ISO 50001, etc.

• Working experience in construction, chemical, engineering, mechanical engineering, and electrical industries. At least 2 from these. Construction is preferred.

• Auditor with ISO standard knowledge in ESG and GHG (preferred)

• Experience with quality management and/or environmental/health & safety management

• Commercial understanding of industry compliance

• Good verbal and written communication skills and an eye for detail

• Be self-motivated, flexible, and have excellent time management skills

• Can work under pressure

Job Summary

As a key member of Traveloka’s Business Strategy & Planning function within the Management department’s CEO Office, the Senior Manager, Business Strategy & Planning will anchor efforts to align business operations with the company’s mission and goals. Leveraging the team’s focus on pricing, growth, and strategic initiatives, this senior role will bridge cross-functional collaboration and high-impact strategy execution to advance the company’s market position and deliver value to travelers and partners.

Job Responsibilities

• Research and analyze industry and competitive trends to pinpoint emerging market opportunities and high-priority strategic focus areas
• Identify, prioritize, and develop implementation plans for product and service improvement initiatives that drive business growth
• Source, negotiate, and finalize strategic partnerships encompassing financial arrangements, customer sharing, and inventory acquisition to expand market reach
• Build and refine complex forecasting models, budgets, and resource allocation plans to support seamless project execution and financial goal attainment
• Lead the design and deployment of strategic frameworks and governance routines to optimize vertical and country-level growth strategies across domains and locales
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Commercial, Pricing, and Finance teams to define and execute plans that consistently meet financial targets
• Support execution of corporate transactions (including fundraising and M&A) by conducting market and financial due diligence, identifying priority opportunities, and creating stakeholder-facing presentation materials

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Analytics, Finance, or a related quantitative field from a reputable university (MBA, Master’s, or PhD in these fields is a plus)
• Minimum of 7 years of working experience, with a preferred background in business strategy development, corporate strategy, or strategic/management consulting
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in distilling insights from diverse data sources, building financial models, and understanding P&L levers to drive top and bottom-line growth
• Proven expertise in managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, with a track record of delivering results within deadlines and a bias for action
• Excellent cross-functional and cross-geography collaboration skills, with the ability to proactively engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational

Oversee and Manage Online and Offline Operations

• Supervise the tracking, management, and fulfillment of online orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Coordinate merchandise restocks, deliveries, and event setups/tear-downs.
• Monitor the performance and efficiency of product management across all online and offline channels.

Team Collaboration and Customer Service

• Work closely with the customer service team to handle escalated complaints, feedback, and service recovery efforts.
• Train and guide the team to ensure consistency in service standards and processes.

Inventory and Stock Control

• Oversee storage, inventory, and product management to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages.
• Conduct and approve monthly stock counts and review total inventory reports for accuracy and discrepancies.
• Analyze stock movement data and ensure proper shelf occupancy at physical stores.

Strategic Product and Visual Merchandising

• Lead the implementation of visual merchandising strategies across various channels and platforms.
• Forecast needs for sales, manpower, and stock availability based on trends and analytics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align merchandising efforts with campaigns.

System and Backend Management

• Oversee backend product management processes using systems like Roller and DLabel.
• Ensure efficient product tracking and movement between storage and sales channels.

Housekeeping and Office Management

• Ensure a tidy and organized workspace, including merchandise and storage areas.

Reporting and Analysis

• Provide detailed monthly reports on sales, inventory, and merchandising performance to senior management.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.

Other Duties

• Support other functions and tasks as assigned by the Manager or Management Team.
