What you will be responsible for:

CLIENT SERVICE

• Manage resources to ensure all outstanding queries are resolved in a timely manner, emphasizing the importance of quality customer service, including regular contact with clients

• Work as an effective team member with other internal providers to meet our ultimate client service deliverables and oversee the preparation and presentation of Key Performance Indicators as required

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

• Good procedural, technical and product knowledge of the Transfer Agency business is desired. This should be complemented with a good understanding of Fund Accounting, Custody and Regulatory background to Funds Industry.

Reporting to the Commercial Treasury System & Risk Manager, this role supports core Treasury operations and decision making, with responsibilities including:

• Be the go-to expert for Rio’s current Treasury Management System (“TMS”), Quantum and related applications.
• Continuously improve Rio’s current TMS and associated applications.

Fund Investment Due Diligence

• Hedge Fund Research:

A successful candidate will build a comprehensive knowledge of assigned funds and strategy landscape, including tertiary research on relevant topics of client interest.
• Produce Reports:

Job Scope:

1.Payroll Processing & Administration

• Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle, including data validation, salary computation, and timely disbursement for all employees.
• Maintain and update payroll records with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring data integrity across all systems.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and monthly summaries for internal stakeholders.

2.Statutory Compliance & Government Reporting

• Ensure full  employment legislation, including monthly CPF submissions, annual income tax filings (IR8A/IR21), and tax clearance processes.

3.Compensation Planning & Budgeting

• Lead the preparation and submission of the annual manpower budget:

- Develop templates and consolidate headcount requirements from all departments.

- Run cost simulations and forecast total manpower expenditure.

- Review projected figures in collaboration with the Finance Department.

- Obtain management sign-off for any changes to the approved manpower establishment.
