We’re looking for a driven, consultative Enterprise Account Executive to lead our growth efforts in Singapore. You’ll be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing relationships with enterprise clients across key verticals.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of SaaS selling experience within CRM, Marketing Automation, CDP, Analytics, or Content Marketing Solutions. You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, you have a knack for simply selling complex tech solutions, and you excel in fast-paced environments.

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close — managing multiple complex deals with enterprise clients (deal sizes ranging from $100K to $1M+).
• Engage C-suite and senior decision-makers across Marketing, Product and IT to define and deliver transformative customer engagement solutions.
• Drive value-based selling using MEDDPICC, clearly articulating Braze’s business impact and ROI.
• Prospect strategically using market research, networking, and partnerships to identify and create new opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, and Services to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• Grow existing accounts through expansion and upsell opportunities that align with customer goals.
• Champion innovation, leveraging AI tools and modern productivity platforms to maximize efficiency and performance.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experienced: 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, CDP, Analytics, or related MarTech solutions.
• Proven Performer: Consistent track record of exceeding quota in complex enterprise deal cycles within Singapore.
• Executive Communicator: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills — confident in leading conversations with C-level executives.
• Collaborative: Skilled in navigating internal teams and partner ecosystems to build strong relationships across various departments and deliver strong business outcomes. 
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Salesforce CRM and modern sales productivity tools, including AI-driven applications.

Responsibilities:

◆E-commerce Sales Execution (Primary Responsibility)
• Independently manage ads operations on e-commerce platforms
• Execute and manage online campaigns based on agreed plans
• Monitor GMV, ads performance, and campaign effectiveness
• Execute daily operations following direction from the Senior Sales Manager
• Participate in regular meetings with platform Key Account Managers (KAMs)
• Negotiate campaign participation or visibility conditions with KAMs when required (plus factor)
• Prepare basic performance summaries and operational reports

◆Retail Sales Support (Secondary Responsibility)
• Support retail sales operations through ongoing communication with buyers
• Assist with weekly order execution, inventory alignment, and replenishment coordination
• Support new product introductions and follow-up execution
• Act as an operational contact point for day-to-day retail-related matters
• Identify operational issues and escalate appropriately

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience independently managing e-commerce ads platforms
• Experience executing online sales campaigns
• Understanding of e-commerce business structure and KPIs (e.g. GMV, ads performance)
• Experience negotiating with e-commerce platform KAMs
• Capable of developing strategies and independently proposing solutions.
• Experience in marketing is a great advantage.
• Strong communication skills for both online platforms and retail buyers
• Strong execution capability under direction from senior management
