Requirements for this role:

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines

Experience & Domain Knowledge

• Minimum 12 years of business analysis experience in banking or financial services, with at least 3–5 years focused on digital assets, blockchain, or cryptocurrency.
• Proven experience working on digital asset initiatives such as tokenisation, crypto trading, digital custody, DeFi integration, or stablecoin projects.

Data & Analytics is seeking a Senior Associate – AUM & Flows Reporting Specialist to join MSIM’s AUM & Flows Reporting team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of AUM and net flow data across the firm. Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete Assets Under Management reporting process for one of the strategic businesses within Morgan Stanley Investment Management.
