About the Role

The APJ Alliance Manager - Incubator is responsible for identifying, building, and scaling new strategic partnership motions across the APJ region.

This role focuses on incubating high-impact partners—including hypervisor vendors, hyperscalers, and industry ISVs—and converting early-stage opportunities into repeatable, revenue-generating programs.

From the outset, this role is expected to operate in ambiguity, set things in motion, and connect strategy to execution.

What You’ll Do

1）Incubate Strategic Partnerships

• Identify and prioritize high-potential partners across APJ
• Develop joint value propositions and GTM strategies
• Set up initial engagement frameworks and success criteria

2）Drive Partner Activation & Execution

• Activate partners through enablement, joint planning, and pipeline generation
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
• Ensure all activities tie back to measurable business outcomes

3）Build Repeatable GTM Motions

• Convert pilot engagements into scalable programs
• Define playbooks, engagement models, and success metrics
• Level up partner engagement from opportunistic to structured execution

4）Pipeline & Revenue Ownership

• Build and manage partner-driven pipeline
• Track performance and drive accountability
• Create enough runway to scale successful partnerships

5）Stakeholder Alignment

• Align with APJ and Global leadership on alliance priorities
• Act as a bridge between regional execution and global strategy
• Elevate key insights and recommendations

• Capture VMware replacement opportunities

3）Industry ISV Expansion

• Identify strategic ISVs in key verticals (e.g., financial services)

Main Responsibilities

As a DevOps Engineer, the engineer will play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining the infrastructure and tools that power our organization’s platforms. He or she will work closely with cross-functional teams to enable seamless software delivery, optimize cloud environments, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our systems. Key Managerial Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line support for awarding bodies, marking centers, and supervisors

• Collaborate with the Assessment Helpdesk to create user-facing technical help documentation

• Good communication skills - Interact with customers and ability to explain things to non-technical people

• Defect logging and escalation to the relevant resolver group

• Floor-walking of marking centers as required during peak

• Coordination and collaboration with global technical and operations teams

• Coordination and collaboration with third parties (who provide infrastructure and scanning solutions)

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance.

• Preparation for customer exam marking sessions

Key Technical Responsibilities:

• Resolve incident tickets within contractual SLAs

• Manage CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery and improve deployment reliability.

• Manage and Maintain the Azure hosted Infrastructure. (security audits/patching, version upgrades)

• Maintain cloud-native infrastructure using tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, and Azure.

• Deploying applications using existing deployment pipelines. Troubleshoot deployment failures.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring to enhance operational efficiency.

• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement proactive solutions to minimize downtime.

• Application monitoring and alerting

Cloud, Database & Networking

• MS SQL - Querying, Performance Troubleshooting, Administration (Backups and restores)

• Azure Cloud - VM, AKS, Networking

• Linux - Basic administration (restart services, cronjobs, sftp, troubleshoot disk space etc.)

• Azure Devops - Build CICD pipelines

• Teraform (IaC)

Out of hours on call

On call requirement for service-level issues, with initial triage by global 24/7 team pn L1-L2.

What is the opportunity?

We are seeking an experienced Institutional Sales professional to join our Greater China sales team based in Singapore. You will be a key contributing member of a team focused on originating and executing cross-asset solutions (both funded and unfunded products) for Chinese Financial Institutions. Operating with individual sales targets within a collaborative team environment, you'll partner with Global Structuring & Trading teams to drive and build out our solutions offering while deepening existing and uncovering new relationships with institutional investors across Greater China. What will you do?

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• The role would typically require 3-5 years of direct sales experience in fixed income, cross-asset derivatives in Greater China coverage. Associate-level or equivalent rank with demonstrated track record of originating and executing complex transactions.

• This role requires speaking to North-Asia clients, proficiency in Mandarin is essential.

• Familiarity with Chinese financial institutions, regulatory culture, and business practices.

• Collaborative mindset and ability to contribute effectively within a team environment.

• Strong communication skills and willingness to share market insights and client intelligence with colleagues.

• Flexibility and adaptability to support team coverage and business needs.

Nice-to-have

• Prior onshore or cross-border China working experience strongly preferred.
