Requirements

• Relevant degree with postgraduate or professional qualification preferred.
• 8+ years’ experience in senior administrative, programme management or innovation related roles within healthcare, academia or research environments.

• Strong written,analytical and organisational skills.

Your contributions to our joint success:

• Manage and respond to customer feedback, enquiries, and service recovery cases escalated to HQ within three (3) working days.
• Work closely with Area Managers and outlet teams to investigate and resolve member issues, ensuring timely follow-up and positive outcomes.
• Engage with customers across different channels — including social media and in-person feedback sessions — to understand their needs and experiences.
• Collect and analyse feedback to identify trends, service gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and conduct customer surveys and feedback initiatives to enhance understanding of the customer journey.
• Partner with outlet teams to implement service enhancements and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all locations.
• Prepare monthly reports and presentations summarising customer satisfaction levels, key feedback insights, and improvement actions.
• Manage and evaluate the company’s Mystery Shopper Programme to uphold service standards.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

·      Assist the HR Manager in overseeing the HR department and manage the fullspectrum of HR functions.

·      Handle payroll-related matters, ensure timely and accurate submission ofgovernment claims and statutory requirements, including CPF, childcare leave,maternity/paternity leave, NS make-up claims, and income tax matters (IR8A,IR21).

·      Update salary allocation and manpower allocation records.

·      Manage employee leave and attendance system.

·      Prepare month-end closing reports.

·      Manage contract renewal processes.

·      Manage work pass administration, including applications, renewals,cancellations, and issuance.

·      Coordinate with relevant departments on hiring plans, resignations,confirmations, and other HR-related matters.

·      Provide advice and handle employee inquiries on HR-related matters.

Social Work Coordinators are integral in providing financial assistance and discharge planning support to patients. They also supporting Medical Social Workers in casework and assist in ensuring the administrative and operational running of the Department.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Provide support on the administrative and operational running of the department, including managing the counter and  related duties

- Direct work with patients and families including intake interviews, conducting financial assessment and providing necessary assistance and assisting with referrals to facilitate discharge planning in selective areas of care planning

- Support Medical Social Workers in case management through translation assistance and is providing patient escort and home visit support

- Participate in work process improvements and quality improvement projects

- Work with other departments within the hospital and with external organizations to facilitate patient care and experience

- Supporting the department in programmes and projects

Qualifications and Requirements

The role reports to a Medical Social Worker and will be working with the Team Leader for the Social Work Coordinators

A minimum qualification of a Diploma is required. A Diploma in Social Work or related fields will be preferred.

Good interpersonal and problem solving skills are necessary. 

IT knowledge and skills are necessary for the job.
