The Social Worker works in the field of Social Work. He/She is qualified and trained to provide interventions, perform community work and update the professional practice in Social Work. • Assists in resolving contractual and commercial issues with Clients, Contractors and Suppliers.
• Co-ordinates the procurement of materials and suppliers for the projects and ensures expenses within budget.
• Attends to all contract administration matters and maintains proper documentation of the project.
• Responsible for the Valuation of progress monthly payments, claims, and final account settlement with Clients, Subcontractors, and Suppliers.
• Attends site and other meetings as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Electrical / Mechanical or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Commercial, M&E, Infrastructure Projects QS experience.
• Experience in both Pre and Post Contracts.
• Experience in handling LTA projects will be an added advantage.

Job Description

• Support the General Counsel in overseeing corporate governance and regulatory compliance across a publicly listed, multi-jurisdictional group.
• Act as a key adviser to senior management and support Board and Committee processes, including preparation of governance materials, minutes, and resolutions.
• Assist in the preparation and review of public disclosures, regulatory filings, and shareholder communications, with responsibility for drafting and coordination.
• Provide legal support on corporate transactions, financings, and strategic projects, managing internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Group legal and compliance frameworks, including subsidiary governance, internal policies, and legal documentation systems.

Requirements

• Candidate must posses a Degree or equivalent certification.
• Candidate must be qualified to practice law in Singapore, England and Wales, or Australia.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years related working experience.
