About the Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Account Receivables Executive to support financial operations within the freight forwarding and logistics industry. You will work closely with Finance, Operations, and Customer Service teams to maintain billing accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and support day-to-day accounting functions. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review and verify invoices generated by Operations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with shipment documentation and customer agreements.

• Ensure all billing transactions are properly supported with complete documentation and maintained audit trail for compliance and audit purposes.
