IMH is looking for intermediate operations research data analysts/scientists who are passionate about healthcare analytics to expand the hospital’s analytic capabilities.

Successful candidates will be imbedded in an experienced analytics team that will be overall responsible for managing projects and their deliverables. This will afford the candidate an opportunity to gain experience related to the role of OR in change management, process improvement, and policy planning. They will work with an existing team of seven data engineers and biostatisticians to improve the utility of information derived from existing databases. They will also work with clinicians and hospital administrators to develop models and simulations geared toward resource optimisation, performance improvement and scenario testing. 

In addition to building simulations and maintaining models, the position will require the candidate to help the hospital expand its existing human capital by sharing their knowledge and operations research experience with the data- engineering team in which they will be imbedded. Requirements:

• PhD or Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronic / Control Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience with control theory, digital control and signal processing.
• Strong understanding of common power electronic architectures (DC/AC, DC/DC, etc) and control methods.
• Expertise of MATLAB/Simulink, embedded software (C/C++), architecture design and software version control.
• Solid understanding of microcontroller architectures, sensors, and communication protocols.
• Hands-on prototyping and testing experience using oscilloscopes, electronic loads and power analysers.
• Expertise in using simulation tools to aid the development and assessment of the proposed solution (MATLAB, Simulink, Python, LTspice, etc).

Responsibilities:

• Drive regional business development by expanding IL-Transport opportunities within existing customers and acquiring new accounts.
• Collaborate with Country BD, KAM, and GKAM teams to build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with growth targets.
• Support solution design and customer proposals, including cross-country collaboration for regional opportunities.
• Lead commercial structuring, including pricing strategies, contract terms, and risk assessment.
• Ensure governance and consistency in commercial frameworks, including review of deviations and value propositions.
• Establish and manage a pipeline dashboard to track pipeline value, win rate, conversion rate, and sales cycle.
• Monitor pipeline health and work with country teams to improve conversion and sales effectiveness.
• Drive revenue growth by tracking performance, managing customer retention, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and enhance IL-Transport products aligned with market trends, customer needs, and value-added services.
• Support key customer engagements, strategic bids, and management reporting with clear insights on pipeline, revenue, and performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Logistics Commercial or Business Development with at least 7-8 years in a regional leadership capacity.
• Strong expertise in transportation, and proven track record in BD and Commercial Management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Fluent in English (additional Asian languages a plus).
• Willingness to travel regionally (20–30%).

The Nurse Manager leads the team effectively and coordinates, manages and evaluates the services of the Home. The Nurse Manager ensures that high standards of nursing care and resident safety are delivered at all times in accordance with legal, professional and ENHS (Enhanced Nursing Home Standards) requirements.

1. Clinical

• Accountable and responsible for the standards of resident care and management of the wards.
• Serves as a resource person in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of health status and needs of residents.
• Comply with policies / procedures related to the provisions of safe and ethical care to residents. Such procedures include infection control, administration of medication, fire safety and evacuation procedures. Making provision for the compliance of all healthcare staff.
• Undertake teaching and resource role in nursing practice for staff. Provides continuous supervision to all healthcare staff on duty.

2. Management

• Ensure that operational delivery of nursing policies is compliant at ward level and nursing home level.
• Appraise yearly work performance of healthcare staff working in the team.
• Inform, disseminate and update relevant information from MOH pertaining to the care of residents to all healthcare staff from time to time.

3. Staff Development

• Orientate and guide new staff nurses in the operation of the wards.
• Identify healthcare staffs’ potential for further development.
• Conduct trainings for nurses.
• Ensure that the training and the training hours of each Nursing staff meet the requirements of MOH/AIC/LKHSC etc.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess a degree or diploma in Nursing.
• At least 5 years of clinical with management experience.
• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Strong project management skills and experience.
