Lead and supervise major mechanical and electrical construction works for Terminal 5, ensuring compliance with standards, quality control, safety, and timely project delivery through effective coordination and technical oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise major building construction works, including services laying and installation of lighting and control systems, to ensure project objectives are met
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and operation of airfield lighting systems, control rooms, server rooms, battery/genset rooms, M&E equipment, switch rooms, fire protection, and CCTV/security systems to maintain operational integrity
• Ensure all construction and installation activities comply with Singapore standards, regulations, and industry best practices to uphold quality and legal requirements
• Conduct regular inspections to verify quality control and adherence to project specifications, identifying and addressing deviations promptly
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain project milestones and deliverables
• Monitor project progress including budget and schedule updates, and report findings to management for informed decision-making
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel involved in the projects

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO), including at least five (5) years supervising similar works
• Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, regulations, and standards
• Proficiency in project management and construction supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Operations Executive | New Bahru

Key areas of focus – include but are not limited to:

• Manage technicians and external vendors to ensure the smooth operations of the Development.
• Administer routine inspections of the Development, including cleaning, security, refuse disposal, washroom services, building maintenance, sanitary and plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, landscaping, and pest control services.
• Ensure preventive maintenance works are carried out by service providers in accordance with contractual requirements and established schedules.
• Oversee the smooth operation of the compound and ensure all emergencies are attended to promptly and rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruption to tenants and owners.
• Manage and execute procurement activities, cyclical replacement programmes, and enhancement works within the Development.
• Maintain accurate records, monitor work progress closely, and ensure all maintenance, compliance, and operational processes are followed through to completion.
• Demonstrate a high level of attentiveness by proactively identifying potential issues, conducting thorough follow-ups, and ensuring no operational gaps are overlooked.
• Assist the Operations Manager with any duties and projects as assigned.

• Troubleshooting any hardware related issues.
• Installation of related software as per required for Microsoft, VMware for hypervisor layer. On-siteand on-the-job training can be pickup and learned as the RE progresses into his job functions. The RE is not limited to above software, if he’s a keen worker, he can learn and install related software such as Red Hat, Chef, Veritas as per X86 Cloud RFP software stack.
