About the Role
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design and build scalable, high-performing software solutions that address evolving business needs. You will contribute hands-on to development while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, helping deliver reliable and efficient systems that create meaningful business impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and enhance custom software components aligned with business and technical requirements
• Apply sound engineering principles to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with user needs and project objectives
• Analyze technical issues and propose practical solutions to improve performance and system reliability
• Participate actively in Agile development practices, including code reviews and sprint activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and standards
• Support team members by sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative working environment
Required Qualifications
• Proficiency in Custom Application Development and hands-on coding experience
• Strong foundation in Software Engineering principles, including object-oriented design and development
• Experience in software design and solution development for enterprise or business applications
• Ability to analyze problems and deliver efficient, practical solutions
• Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
• Familiarity with modern development frameworks and tools
• Exposure to cloud-based environments or microservices architecture
• Knowledge of DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in performance optimization and application scalability
