Job Summary

Crumpler is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our team at ION Orchard. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, has an interest in bags, lifestyle and retail products, knows how to have fun, and thrives in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive customer service to create positive shopping experiences and encourage repeat visits
• Recommend products to customers to support informed purchase decisions
• Achieve individual and store sales targets using effective selling techniques
• Organize inventory and replenish stock to maintain product availability
• Maintain store cleanliness and uphold visual merchandising standards to attract customers
• Operate cashiering and POS systems accurately to process transactions efficiently
• Assist with daily retail store operations to ensure smooth functioning
• Collaborate with team members to meet store and operational goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate a positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage customers effectively
• Initiate and maintain customer interactions to enhance sales opportunities
• Possess retail experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Adapt and perform well in a dynamic retail environment
• Be available to work on weekends and public holidays
• Exhibit responsibility and a strong work ethic as a team player
• Ability to start work on short notice is an advantage
• Passion for bags, lifestyle, and retail products

Job Description:

• Collaborate with various departments to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Assist in the management and resolution of customer complaints and feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights needed for complaint resolution
• Monitor trends in customer feedback and complaints to identify recurring issues and recommend solutions
