The KKH Psychosocial Trauma Support Service (PTSS) is a dynamic team, who provide psychological and emotional support to help women, children and their families recover from traumatic experiences. Job Descriptions

• Provide high level of service to potential patients and patients, ensuring that they are treated in a manner that provides reassurance and comfort
• Complete front office duties such as managing patient relations, registering patients, scheduling appointments, providing dental information to patients, handling phone/email enquiries, dispensing medication, explaining fees and payment methods, collecting payment from patients, assisting with insurance/Medisave/CHAS/PG claims, keeping track of receipts etc
• Perform general administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties
• Prepare treatment room by stocking dental materials and ensuring equipment are well maintained
• Maintaining the clinic cleanliness and hygiene to a high standard and ensuring sterilisation of instruments
• Assist in ad hoc administrative works.

Jobs requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Secondary School Certificate/ "O" Level in any field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 5.5 days work week. (Mon-Fri 9-6pm, Sat 9-1pm)
• IT literate (to use clinic software and email)
• Relevant working experience in dental industry is an added advantage

• Support day-to-day Quality Assurance (QA) operations for biologics manufacturing activities.
• Review and approve batch manufacturing records, logbooks, and GMP documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with deviation investigations, CAPA tracking, and quality event management.
• Support product disposition activities and ensure timely release documentation is completed.
• Participate in internal audits, regulatory inspections, and quality compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to maintain GMP standards and resolve quality issues.

Requirements:

• min. Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of QA experience in a biopharma industry
• Able to start work immediately would be an advantage

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in administration, executive support, project coordination, or healthcare operations will be advantageous.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
