Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to oversee group financial reporting, consolidation, governance, regulatory compliance, and financial controls across a multinational organization. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and support strategic business initiatives including M&A, systems enhancements, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Group Financial Reporting

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional accounting qualification preferred (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).

• Experience within listed company environments and familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, internal controls, and audit management.

The role

You will be responsible for analysing, structuring and communicating strategies that enhance the performance and long-term value of hotel, branded-residential and leisure assets. Crucially, the position is not purely analytical. Your work will inform both design direction and investment strategy, giving you a meaningful role in shaping how projects evolve rather than simply evaluating them.

This includes:

• Building detailed financial models and development appraisals for hotels and mixed-use schemes

• Interrogating market data, demand drivers and competitive positioning across global locations

• Assessing operational and spatial performance – from revenue per square metre to guest flow, dwell time and amenity mix
