We are looking for a dedicated, customer-focused, Japanese-speaking Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience across all commucations channels.
Responsibilities:
· Communicate confidently in fluent Japanese with Japanese patients
· Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in person
· Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
· Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
. Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs
· Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets
Requirements :
· Excellent English-language to Japanese-language translating skills (verbal and written)
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
· Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure
· Basic computer skills
· Minimum qualification : Diploma/High School/Graduate, fluent in Japanese and Good command in English Preferred (spoken + written)
· Japanese proficiency of JLPT level N3 minimumly
· Prior experience in customer service or call center roles
· Ability to work in shifts (if applicable)
