• Manage site installation work to ensure completion within stipulated timelines
• Coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors on site installations, drawings, and material submittals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience; or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
• Ability to read and interpret Mechanical and Electrical drawings
• Familiarity with generators, controls, and associated equipment and accessories is an advantage
• Knowledge of generator standards and codes is an advantage

As an Insurance Administrative Assistant / Executive, you will assist in the preparation, review, and issuance of insurance policy documents and endorsements. You will also ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and filing upon issuance.

Working Location:

6 minutes’ walk from Somerset MRT Station

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Promptly follow up with clients on motor insurance enquiries

Handle policy renewals for clients

Update and maintain the customer database accurately

Prepare motor insurance quotations and issue policies

Process insurance policies and related documentation

Provide administrative support, including filing, printing, and email management
