About the Role

We’re looking for someone who wants to do intelligence work with AI agents as their team. You’ll run agents that monitor competitors, QC our own product, and handle the grunt work that used to eat an analyst’s week. Your job is to point them at the right targets, read what comes back, and turn it into decisions that the Product and Growth team can act on.

This will feel different from a classic analyst seat. Agents do the scanning, extracting, and summarising. You do the judgment, picking what to investigate, spotting what matters, and turning findings into sharp recommendations.

Key Responsibilities     

• Direct AI agents to monitor competitors, QC our internal products and run research workflows
• Extend those workflows when a gap is found: new sources, new questions, new outputs
• Conduct competitor tear downs, which includes products, funnels, pricing, positioning, launches, experiments by using agents to accelerate the work
• Pressure-test our own product from a real-user perspective and create a log of what is not working
• Translate findings into decision-ready recommendations for Product and Growth teams
• Feed learnings back into the agent system so it improves over time

Requirements

• Clear written and verbal communication - ability to compress a tangled finding into one paragraph that a busy person will read
• Self-starter — Ability to pick a direction and course-correct than wait for instructions
• Motivated learner — Able to pick up new tools fast; ideally you can point to something you taught yourself in the last six months
• Comfort in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) past the basic chat interface
• Ability to turn raw findings into clear, actionable recommendations tied to business impact
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, exploratory environments

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with AI agent platforms, automation tools, or workflow builders (n8n, Zapier, Make, Lindy etc.)
• Background in competitor research, product analysis, market research, or exploratory QA
• Familiarity with SaaS, consumer software, or browser tools
• Any coding, scripting, or tool-wiring skills will be an advantage

Duration: 3-6 months

Salary: $12/hr

Location: East and Central Clinics

Working Hours: Office Hours

Job Scope:

• Assist with basic patient registration, appointment scheduling, and updating records
• Support doctors and nurses by preparing rooms, handling simple equipment, and managing supplies
• Perform general admin tasks like answering calls, filing documents, and maintaining clinic cleanliness

Requirements:

• Minimum A/Nitec/Diploma in any field
