this job position will be working on Thursday to Sunday weekly, 4 days a week,
we are open for a newly graduated or experienced front desk personnel,
Handle ALL guest check-in and out matters when at work including the processing of their reservations and rooming at the unit level with bilingual language skills when needed.
Manage guests requests and complaints and resolve the issues promptly and feedback to the team when necessary and try our best for all 5 star reviews that benefits in the long run.
To assist on all room allocation and marketing of the property.
Work with the operation manager and other department team to ensure smooth flow of property maintenance and contractor executions.
To inform management and keep alert on all suspected issues that may cause damage to the property or to the property related equipment resulting in poor staying experience.
Assists with housekeeping operation when required and works closely with the Sales team and Operation to address the complaints or problems.
Ensure all guests are attended to at the Front Desk for their queries and concerns.
Excellent team player and service-oriented Passion in learning a variety of tasks, including handling paperwork Willingness to perform front desk shifts.
Provide information on nearby amenities, places of interest and assist guests in making travel, tours and restaurant reservation arrangements by providing relevant/general information.
Respond to all queries through walk-ins, emails and calls and assist with requests and be able to channel the query to the right team in charge.
