Monitor and coordinate construction work to ensure it is carried out according to plans and specifications.

Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure workers follow instructions.

Enforce workplace safety rules, conduct safety briefings, and ensure proper use of PPE.

Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality standards and project requirements are met.

Monitor schedules, report progress, and help ensure deadlines are achieved.

Keep daily reports, attendance records, work progress updates, and inspection records.

Communicate site conditions, progress, and requirements to project managers, engineers, and clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies

- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)

- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

- Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions

- Clean up station and take care of leftover food

- Stock inventory appropriately

- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

- Any other duties/tasks as requested by management
