You shall be responsible for the Company’s ML/TF/PF compliance and oversight of financial crime-related areas (e.g., fraud, bribery and corruption, etc.). This includes developing policies, monitoring transactions, training staff, and reporting to regulatory bodies. Your role will report into the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (“MLRO”) Singapore.

• Collaborate with the MLRO, Compliance Officer and other internal stakeholders  to draft and update policies, ensuring compliance with local regulation and effective policy implementation.
• Monitor compliance risks and KPIs, coordinate periodic governance and stakeholder review meetings, maintain robust compliance frameworks and documentation, and support liaison efforts during audits (internal, external, and regulatory).

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role supports the delivery of IT projects and services across MMWSS and its business units. The role involves assisting in project coordination, IT operations, procurement, and compliance to ensure technology initiatives are delivered effectively and in alignment with organizational goals. This position offers opportunities to develop technical expertise and contribute to MMWSS’s digital transformation journey.

Project Management

• Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
• Support IT hardware, software, and systems maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and timely issue resolution.
• Deliver IT systems, office automation solutions, and end-user device deployment and support for MMWSS and other business units.
• Collaborate effectively with the project team to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.

Project Planning

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, evaluation, and contract management in line with policies and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and controls.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and reference purposes.

Project Implementation

• Escalate unresolved issues following standard procedures and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate logs of issues, resolutions, documentation, and prepare timely reports.
• Ensure all services and activities comply with MMWSS policies, procedures, code of conduct, and legal requirements.

Project Monitoring & Review

• Monitor project progress, identify risks or issue, and recommend appropriate corrective actions as needed.
• Provide timely and transparent progress updates to maintain alignment with project goals.

Project Assessment & Analytics

• Manage incident and service tickets effectively through the designated ticketing system.
• Respond promptly to service requests and maintain up-to-date and accurate ticket records.
• Ensure familiarity with the use of ticketing tools and systems.

Project Reporting

• Prepare and deliver project status reports based on project requirements or management requests to support informed decision-making.

●     Carry out daily cleaning and disinfection of the entire premises at the start of operations

●     Clean and disinfect tables after each use and ensure the area is free of rubbish

●     Perform general housekeeping duties such as waste disposal, vacuuming, and cleaning of furniture and whiteboards

OperationsAssistance

●     Ensure smooth vehicle movement with no obstruction at the carpark

We are hiring a hands-on Centre Manager for a growing student care centre in Katong.

This role is responsible for overseeing daily centre operations, managing a small teaching team, building strong trust with parents, and ensuring programmes are delivered with consistency and care. The centre places strong emphasis not only on student care, but also on children’s thinking, emotional growth, creativity, expression, and confidence.

This role is suitable for someone with real student care or education operations experience who is comfortable working in a growing centre environment and taking ownership of both people and process.

Key Responsibilities:

The aim of this position is to support all distribution tasks related to hotel information, rate and inventory distribution across all booking channels like Brand website, GDS, OTA websites and any other booking channels available at any time.

Primary Responsibilities:

Analysis

• Manage hotel information, rate and inventory in company central system/channel manager.

• Manage hotel information, rate and inventory in various Online Travel Agents (OTA) platforms via their extranet systems.

• Review and audit information across all platforms for accuracy. 

E-Commerce/ Distribution

• Gatekeeper of all partner extranets and ensure proper loading of hotel information, rates and availability on brand.com and on other third-party channels including OTAs, Travel Agent and B2B partners.

• Manage and conduct regular audits on rate and availability of OTAs as well as brand website to ensure channel manager is properly setup and interfaced correctly with hotel systems.

• Participate and engage with key contacts of OTA and electronic distribution partners to maximize exposure and business opportunities on all channels.

• Recognise and correct any rate parity issues found online. 

• Assist with managing rate loading process for key segments and ensure accurate distribution of rates and details across applicable channels.
