Responsibilities

• Oversee the compilation, analysis, and reporting of key tourism statistics and performance indicators.
• Deliver timely insights and updates on tourism performance to support organisational objectives.
• Translate complex data and research findings into actionable recommendations for business and policy decision-making.
• Support data-driven decision-making by providing meaningful insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise and coordinate with Whole-of-Government (WOG) agencies to gather, validate, and align data and information.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with external partners on data and analytics initiatives.
• Ensure the successful delivery of analytics projects, reports, and data-related deliverables.
• Support the development and management of data partnerships to enhance insights generation and industry intelligence.

Requirements

• Possesses minimum a Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline, with at least 8 years of analytics experience and 3 years of team leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in data analytics, statistical modelling, forecasting, data visualisation, and quantitative/qualitative research methodologies, with proficiency in tools such as R, SQL, and Python.
• Proven ability to synthesise complex data from multiple sources into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to senior management and stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder, project, and vendor management skills, with experience collaborating across organisations and leading data-driven initiatives.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable professional with excellent communication skills, a passion for innovation, and an interest in emerging technologies and economic impact assessment.

Managing Property Operations

• Works with the Guidance team to develop an operational strategy that is aligned with the brand’s business strategy and leads its execution.
• Reviews Owner engagement survey and prepares yearly action plan comment cards, guest satisfaction results and other data to identify areas of improvement.
• Adheres to the four pillars of Operational excellence: Owner and employee engagement, financial excellence and Property Management 
• Evaluates if the Operations Team meets service needs and provides feedback to the operations team.
• Participates in public space walk-throughs with Engineering and Housekeeping to ensure public space and back of the house areas are well maintained, and preventative maintenance processes are in place.
• Tours building on a regular basis speaking with associates, owners, and Board of Directors to understand business needs and assess operational opportunities.
• Works with team to put sustainable work processes and systems in place that support the execution of the strategy.
• Reviews reports and financial statements to determine whether the residential property is performing against the budget.

• Develops and implements property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target resident owner and employees and provides a return on investment.

Managing the Owner Experience

• Creates an atmosphere in all Residential common areas that meets or exceeds owner’s expectations.

• Verifies core elements of the service strategy are in place to produce the desired results.
• Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with direct reports and entire operations team. Ensures direct reports do the same for their team.

Managing and Conducting Human Resources Activities

Requirements:

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

• Proven P&L ownership track record with demonstrated revenue growth.

• Understanding of the Singapore energy / e-mobility / infrastructure landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Assistant Director of Mental Health Service at Montfort Care supports the Director in managing programme development, financial management, community engagement, quality assurance, staff development, risk management, and policy advocacy to ensure the delivery of high quality care and support for individuals with mental health conditions and their caregivers in the community.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Support

• Assist the Director in implementing strategic plans and initiatives that align with the organization's mission and goals.

Program Development

• Collaborate with the Director to help enhance existing mental health programs and services based on community needs. Support the management of new projects, such as the Shaw Tower initiative and new premises development.

Evaluation and Reporting

• Assist in collecting and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs, services, and project implementations.
• Oversee internal and external reporting processes and claims procedures.

Budget Planning

• Support the Director in developing and managing program budgets, ensuring proper resource allocation, and assisting with monitoring expenditures.

Compliance Support and IT System

Relevant Experience

• At least 5-8 years of progressive experience in social services, with a focus on mental health services, including leadership roles in programme management and staff supervision.
• Demonstrated experience in managing mental health programmes or services within a social service agency or similar organization.
• Strong understanding of mental health policies, regulations, and best practices, as well as familiarity with other pillars of social service, such as family services and child protection.
• Proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement, community collaboration, and advocacy on behalf of the individuals with mental health conditions and their caregivers in the community.
