Job Roles and Responsibilities
·       Relevant experience in medical device logistics operation, sales support and delivery, and related inventory management.
·       Preferably with dental background and knowledge.
·       Plan and manage inventory levels to support customer demand.
·       Monitor stock movement, demand trends, replenishment needs, and delivery schedules.
·       Maintain planning parameters such as safety stock, reorder points, lead times, and forecasts.
·       Analyze slow-moving, ageing, excess stock, and recommend corrective actions
·       Manage, plan and schedule delivery activities in collaboration with internal operations team.
·       Ability to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.
·       Ability to analyses information, identify issues, and provide practical problem-solving.
·       Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
·       Attention to detail and accuracy and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
·       Good interpersonal and communication skills.
·       Organized, self-driven, reliable, able to work independently and with a team.
·       Have a proactive and responsible aptitude in a dynamic work environment.
·       Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, IT skills and able to handle numerical data effectively.
·       Ensure compliance with company procedures, documentation, and database maintenance.
Logistics/Delivery Responsibilities
·       Ensure jobs are properly completed with documentation to support billing and invoicing.
·       Safely transport medical device goods, materials, equipment and documentation to designated locations.
·       Ensure timely delivery and collection according to operational schedules.
·       Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
·       Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and company safety policies.
·       Maintain delivery records, vehicle logs, and transportation documents.
·       Good understanding of Singapore roads and places.
·       Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Requirement
·       Valid Class 3 Driving License.
·       Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Inventory Management, Procurement or related field.
·       At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in logistics operation, procurement, inventory control and transport and related fields.
·       Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/Transportation.
·       Position Title: Logistics Operation Specialist.
·       Working Hours: Monday– Thursday (8.30am – 6.00pm).
·       Friday - 8.30am to5.30 pm.
·       Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS Bonus.
·       Duration: Permanent.
