Role Overview

The Centre Manager leads the operations and programme delivery of THK bloom ESLP @ Eunos Crescent, overseeing a multidisciplinary team to deliver a person-centred, training-focused programme for adults with disabilities.

Besides centre operations, the Centre Manager is also responsible for:

• Supporting the implementation of the NOURISH (functional) and FLOURISH (vocational) curriculum,
• Overseeing the Individualised Development Plan (IDP) process,
• Driving programme outcomes and trainee progression, and
• Maintaining strong alignment with MSF, SgEnable, and THKMC standards.

The Centre Manager plays a critical role in translating ESLP's programme philosophy into day-to-day practice, while ensuring operational stability and staff capability.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Programme Support & Delivery

• Supporting the Programme Lead in the implementation of NOURISH (functional) and FLOURISH (vocational) training programmes within the Campus.
• Work with Programme Leads, Programme Executives, and AHPs to ensure alignment between:

2. IDP Oversight & Outcome Accountability

• Ensure the timely and accurate execution of the IDP process within the centre, including:

• Manage and oversee ACMV projects from planning, execution, to completion.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.

• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Review and approve ACMV design drawings, technical submissions, and method statements.

• Ensure installation works comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.

• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Attend site meetings and resolve technical or coordination issues.

• Ensure project completion within timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

• Prepare project documentation including reports, variation orders, and final handover documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 3 of experience in ACMV or M&E projects.

• Experience managing commercial, industrial, or large-scale building projects.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC/ACMV systems, installation methods, and relevant codes.

• Good project management, leadership, and coordination skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

About the Role

We are seeking a Quantitative Developer with a strong technical background and proven experience in financial institutions. 

You will work closely with banks, brokerages, and asset management firms to deliver digital transformation solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and innovation.

Candidates with prior experience in financial operations and a solid understanding of technology architecture will be highly valued. CFA charterholders or candidates progressing through CFA exams will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

1. Utilize advanced data analytics tools and technologies (Python, SQL, Excel) to clean, organize, and analyze large-scale financial datasets, uncover trends, and generate actionable insights.

2. Provide expert financial data analysis and advisory support based on deep understanding of financial concepts, theories, and calculations — enabling clients to derive meaningful business insights and make informed decisions.

3. Perform financial big data analysis to identify customer behavior patterns, market trends, and product performance indicators.

4. Work closely with product, technology, and business teams to translate analytical findings into practical product features and strategic business initiatives that enhance Axisoft’s FinTech solutions.

5. Prepare high-quality financial reports and models — including scenario analyses, sensitivity analyses, and performance simulations using Excel or equivalent tools.

6. Ensure data accuracy and modeling integrity, continuously refining analytical and modeling methodologies.
   

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Financial Engineering, or related fields.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in financial data analysis, quantitative research, or related roles.

3. Solid understanding of stochastic financial models, interest rate modeling, and volatility frameworks is a plus.

4. Proficient in Python, SQL, and Excel; strong quantitative, statistical, and modeling capabilities with attention to detail.

5. Familiarity with portfolio performance evaluation, credit risk assessment, and portfolio valuation principles.

6. Deep understanding of financial statements, key indicators (revenue, cost, profit, cash flow), and ability to construct dynamic financial models with scenarios and assumptions.

7. Excellent communication and client-management skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
   

Preferred

• CFA charterholder or progressing toward CFA certification.
