• Conduct tender exercises for subcontract works, including evaluation and award of contracts
• Liaise closely with the Procurement team
• Handle progress claims, variation orders, budgeting, cost control, and final account settlement
• Coordinate and provide support to the project team
• QS candidates with contract knowledge will have an added advantage
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, with 2–3 years of relevant experience
• A good team player with the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Possesses strong initiative, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Singapore Local Residential work experience will be an advantage

Working Hours:
Monday–Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Roles & Responsibilities

-Knowledge of CNC machining process

-Proficient in MasterCam/Unigraphic Cam/Autocad applications

-Experience in precision metal machining and fabrication

-Produce machined components via conventional machines/CNC machines

-Able to interpret engineering drawings, carry out related manufacturing processes

-Able to operate Multi Axis machines will be an advantage

-Able to document process summary sheet
