MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manages the company's finance and administrative functions with emphasis on organization, documented systems and policies and auditing
· Prepare Company accounts and corporate tax
· Reviews MMx monthly financial accounting and management reports
· Prepare monthly Consolidation reports; quarterly SGXnet reports; annual report and all supporting details; annual consolidation budget
· Liaises with auditors and tax consultant on financial and tax reporting requirements
· Liaises with company secretary on Companies Act requirements and related government bodies
· Liaises with bankers on required services and financing
· Perform Group internal audit, reviews, implements and documents accounting systems, procedures and controls
· Involvement in all ISO projects, Enterprise Risk Management, Transfer Pricing, Sustainability Report
· Assist in general administration function including human resources management
· Complies, implements, enforces and maintain all company policies - ISO, Environment, Health & Safety, Company Handbook
· Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
· Other tasks as directed
