Singapore Badminton Association is inviting applications for the position of Singapore Badminton Doubles Sparring Coach. We aim to enhance our current doubles programme through the recruitment of a sparring coach with the aim of continuing the development and growth of our doubles programme. This position is a full-time post dedicated toward supporting the National Doubles Team’s daily training environment. This role combines sparring partner services with coaching and mentoring National Team Players at international competitions.

The successful candidate shall possess the following attributes:

• A minimum of 3 years of sparring partner or coaching experience in a developmental and/or elite-level badminton setting.
• Competitive with top World Ranked 75 -100 players
• Bring high quality sparring for all national players
• A clear understanding of annual planning and periodisation principles in the sport of Badminton and how they can be applied across the developing players
• Holds the BWF Level 1 qualification or equivalent as a minimum.
