Job description

• Support business units inaccurate and timely billing of invoices/credit notes, posting of receipts andreconciliation of customers’ accounts
• Monitor debtors ageing andtimely follow up with sales agent on outstanding invoices
• Responsible for preparation ofdebtors ageing report and statement of accounts for business units andcustomers
• Responsible for intercompanyaccounting and recharges and resolving differences
• Preparation of monthly salesreport for sales meeting and commission calculations
• Review and check vendorinvoices, including staff claims, and liaise with the relevant party to followup and/or resolve any discrepancies
• Accurate data entry of vendorinvoices, obtain payment approval, and payment via internet banking
• Reconcile debit/credit cardstatements, ensuring all transactions are supported by bills.
• Submit new trade financingapplications and maintain repayment schedules
• Update weekly cash flow
• Support monthly and year-endclosing activities including preparation of audit schedules, reconciliation andanalysis
• Participate in ERP systemimplementation and process improvement projects
• Maintain internal controls andrecommend policies/procedures to enhance process efficiencies
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting orrelevant background in accounting
• Minimum 3 years’ experience inaccounting
• Hands-on experience withaccounting software/ERP systems such as Xero, Odoo
• Meticulous and detail-oriented

Reporting to the CFO, the Assistant Finance Manager will be responsible for managing core finance functions and supporting the company’s strategic financial planning and operations. The role requires a strong understanding of group consolidation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. This is a hands-on position suited for a meticulous and proactive finance professional with leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial management and reporting activities across the Group, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Take lead responsibility for group consolidation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and monthly group reporting packages.
• Coordinate and support the annual audit process, liaising with internal and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate audit completion.
• Manage the full budgeting cycle, including preparation, monitoring, variance analysis, and performance reviews against approved budgets.
• Provide financial analysis, modeling, and insights to support strategic business decisions and expansion plans.
• Produce and review key financial reports including SGX reports, accounts receivable summaries, and financial forecasts.
• Implement and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to strengthen financial governance.
• Oversee cash flow planning and management, ensuring the Group’s financial health and liquidity.
• Supervise daily finance operations and review the work performed by finance team members across the Group.
• Mentor and guide finance staff to build team capability and support succession planning.
• Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, tax agents, legal advisors, company secretary, and regulatory authorities.
• Assist the CFO in treasury, fundraising, and investment-related activities, including financial due diligence and modeling.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by the CFO or Board of Directors.
• Occasional travel may be required to support regional operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. A professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience, with strong exposure to group consolidation, audit, and finance operations.
• Prior experience in a Big 4 accounting firm and / or a regional finance role is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of financial accounting, reporting standards (e.g., IFRS), budgeting, and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP software).
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and commitment to continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Test software modules across LabWeave LIS and KEC engineering projects — functional, integration, regression, and edge-case testing

• Write and execute test cases for database handlers, REST APIs, SCPI instrument drivers, and UI workflows

• Reproduce bugs, log them clearly, and work with developers to verify fixes

• Support on-site deployments and customer issues at hospital and government client sites

• Write and maintain SOPs, test reports, user guides, and audit documentation

• Build small scripts (Python, SQL) to automate repetitive test tasks and data checks

• Participate in release readiness reviews and post-deployment health checks

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Biomedical, or related field

• 0–2 year of experience (fresh graduates welcome)

• Comfortable with at least one scripting language (Python preferred) and basic SQL

• Solid logical thinking — can break down a feature and imagine how it could fail

• Clear written English for documentation and bug reports

• Willingness to travel within Singapore for on-site work

• Interest in healthcare tech, laboratory systems, or instrument integration

Nice to Have

• Exposure to test frameworks (pytest, Postman, Selenium, etc.)

• Familiarity with LabVIEW, Git, Linux command line, or Docker

• Understanding of SCPI, serial/TCP communication, or lab instruments

• Awareness of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, LOINC) — we'll teach you the rest

• Prior experience in QA, lab work, or technical support

• Monitor the freight's progress and make sure all pertinent parties are informed.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full suite of Electrical Quantity Surveyor duties, from tender to pre-contract, post contract administration duties such as: review of contracts, quantity take-offs, preparing bills of quantities and sourcing
• Responsible for tender surveying, checking of documents, and understanding of drawing and specifications.
• Preparation of tender and contract documents, including quantity take off & liaise with Clients & consultants.
