Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Transformation Director to lead high-impact business and digital transformation initiatives across the Allegion ASEANA region. The Transformation Director will act as a trusted advisor to local management teams and APAC senior executives, shaping and executing long-termtransformation roadmaps that align with the ASEANA long-range plan. This senior, hands-on leader will define target operating models, govern the transition from As‑Is to To‑Be, manage cross-functional programs, mitigate risks, and develop regional capabilities to ensure sustainable growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategy & assessment
·      Lead comprehensive As‑Is assessments across regional businesses, processes, systems and capabilities; define To‑Be operating and business models aligned to ASEANA strategy (e.g. Commercial electronic access control strategy, solutions for key target verticals, whole-of-doorsolutions with door partners, etc)
·      Translate regional and country strategy into clear, measurable transformation objectives and multi-year roadmaps.
Program design & delivery
·      Define, prioritize and drive end‑to‑end transformation programs (business model change, process redesign, digital enablement, CRM/Customer Portal, supply chain and commercial transformation).
·      Establish program governance, delivery milestones, KPIs, benefits realization plans and reporting cadence.
·      Track progress, budgets and risks across multiple workstreams; ensure timely delivery of transformation milestones and agreed benefits.
Stakeholder engagement & governance
·      Act as the primary liaison between ASEANA local leadership and APAC/global HQ stakeholders; secure alignment and executive sponsorship.
·      Present transformation plans, status updates and business cases to senior leadership and steering committees.
·      Build and run a robust governance framework.
Cross‑functional coordination
·      Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Product Management, HR, IT and Supply Chain to ensure integrated solutions and minimize business disruption.
·      Coordinate with external vendors, system integrators and consultants where required; manage vendor performance and contractual deliverables.
Performance measurement & continuous improvement
·      Define and monitor transformation KPIs (e.g. cost savings, revenue uplift, process cycle times, digital adoption) and ensure benefits are tracked and realized.
·      Capture lessons learned and institutionalize best practices for repeatable, scalable transformation across countries.
3.      Job Knowledge/Technical Skills/Qualifications
·      Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems or related field. MBA preferred.
·      Minimum 10–15 years’ progressive experience in transformation, program management, management consulting or senior operational roles, with demonstrable experience leading large, cross‑countrytransformation programs in Asia.
·      Proven track record delivering business change across digital, operational and organizational domains (ERP/CRM rollouts, process redesign, commercial transformation).
·      Strong commercial acumen and capability to build business cases, manage P&L impact and quantify benefits.
·      Excellent stakeholder management, influencing andexecutive‑level presentation skills.
·      Deep experience in program governance, risk management, and benefits realization.
·      Comfortable working in a matrixed environment across multiple countries. Â
