He/She will implement procurement strategies and review returned tender documents. He/She reviews cost estimates and cash flow forecasts to communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. He/She manages the complete post-contract administration processes. He/She leads project meetings with customers and supports with dispute resolution matters when required. He/She builds relationships with customers and liaises with contractors, specialists and sub-contractors to help develop resource plans and monitor costs and profitability of construction works to deliver the customers’ and/or project objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Recognized Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Singapore building construction industry, with the Main contractor preferred
• Good communication skills, ability to interact with people of all levels and teamwork

Salary: Basic up to $2,800 + $50 handphone allowance + overtime claims
Work Location: Bukit Timah (residence) to Jurong East (office)
Work Days: 5.5 days week, Mon – Fri : 9.30am to 6.30pm / Sat : 9.30am  to 1.30pm

• To drive and transport client from home to work and back or other various venues for meetings/events, safely and promptly when instructed.
• Run errands for the family and office.
• Operate and maintain transportation vehicles with a focus on safety by performing daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicles inspection.

About the Role

The White Cane Club (WCC) Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of programmes and activities for WCC, working closely with the Head of Department (HOD). The role involves both administrative and operational duties, as well as engagement with clients, volunteers, and external partners on a high level.

Responsibilities
