• Assessing the needs of a project, and if necessary, building and training a skilled team to ensure KPIs can be met;

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, technology, digital, internet, or consumer product environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in customer lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention strategies, and churn prevention, with experience managing end-to-end customer engagement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align and drive decisions across cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and global stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and coordinating multiple workstreams across regions, time zones, and diverse functional teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with experience leveraging data and customer insights to drive business decisions, optimize marketing performance, and prioritize competing initiatives.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, campaign management, and product positioning skills, with the ability to develop compelling messaging and marketing strategies.

A Day in the Life

• Generate, send invoices, and collect out-of-pocket payments.
• Ensure prompt and consistent follow-up with clients on payments.
• Assist in answering client inquiries on out-of-pocket payments for services provided by the organization by providing factual and accurate information.  
• Ensure prompt, accurate issuing of invoices and accuracy in the collection of receivables.
• Validate billed attendances against timesheets to prevent overbilling
• Communicate clearly and appropriately with clients and team members.

Requirements:
