The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing and communications activities across Singapore and ASEAN markets. This role plays a key part in driving brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth through digital marketing, events, content development, CRM management, and sales support activities.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Marketing CommunicationsÂ
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.Â
• Create and manage marketing collateral, brochures, flyers and presentations.Â
• Support corporate communications and internal communications initiatives.Â
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.Â
Digital MarketingÂ
• Manage and update the company website, landing pages, and digital content.Â
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using CRM Â
• Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn and monitor engagement.Â
• Support SEO and digital marketing initiatives to improve online visibility and lead generation.Â
• Track and analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.Â
CRM & Lead ManagementÂ
• Manage customer databases and marketing contact lists.Â
• Generate marketing reports and campaign analytics.Â
Events & ExhibitionsÂ
• Coordinate and manage trade shows, seminars, webinars, customer events, and training sessions.Â
• Liaise with vendors, venues, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Â
• Support event logistics, registration, promotional activities, and post-event reporting.Â
Regional Marketing SupportÂ
• Coordinate marketing activities across Singapore and ASEAN markets.Â
• Work closely with regional sales teams, distributors, and headquarters on marketing initiatives.Â
• Support localisation of global marketing campaigns and materials.Â
• Coordinate printing, and distribution of marketing materials where required.Â
Content DevelopmentÂ
• Create engaging content for websites, social media, EDMs, customer references, and industry publications.Â
Â
Administrative SupportÂ
• Manage marketing budgets, purchase requisitions, and vendor coordination.Â
• Support reporting, documentation, and other marketing-related administrative duties.Â
RequirementsÂ
• Experience in digital marketing, CRM Microsoft 365 systems, website management, Ibexa and event coordination.Â
• Proficiency in Adobe create cloud suite, Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe express, Video editor Â
