Job Responsibilities:

1. Providing Level 1 IT on-site or remote support to all end users in Eden Schools, Eden Centres and AAS HQ.
2. Providing day-to-day IT on-site support, troubleshooting desktop, laptop, mac book, iPad, printer, projector and with Microsoft 365 tools (OneDrive, Teams, Outlook,etc)
3. Provisioning new user accounts which include installing and configuring workstations, software, network printing & etc.
4. Updating documentation of IT assets, software license purchase and inventory records (as required)
5. Updating software license and hardware inventory (as required)
6. Liaising with vendors for tech support on laptops and desktops. (as required)
7. Supporting School events as and when required. E.g AV support, photographer. (as required)
8. All other duties as assigned by Supervisor or School Management

Period: Between Jun to Dec 2026

Work days: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Internship allowance: $1,400 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing design concepts, mood boards, and material selections

• Support in space planning and layout proposals

• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D renderings, and presentation materials

• Assist the design team with client discussions and design revisions

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project team when needed

• Help with site visits, measurements, and project follow-up

Requirements

• Studying or recently completed Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

Social Media Management – posting, scheduling, engaging

• Assist in filming and editing of content for the marketing calendar and for offline media events.
• Help to organise and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.

Analytics & Reporting – see what works and what doesn’t
Photography & Videography – corporate, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes:

• Traditional media (e.g. YouTube long-form, digital displays)
• Social media (e.g. TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, Meta, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

Conduct research on trends, competitors, and social ideas to support creative direction

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or a related discipline

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Marketing

– Film and edit video content for social media such as TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube

– Write scripts and develop content ideas that engage cycling enthusiasts

– Plan, schedule, and publish posts across social media platforms

– Track post performance and suggest improvements based on data

Operations

– Manage and update inventory records accurately

– Assist with client enquiries, orders, and after-sales follow-ups

– Support day-to-day shop operations and admin tasks

– Assist with any ad-hoc projects as the business grows

• Support the creation of marketing materials to promote Boys’ Town’s programmes, services, and impact. 

• Contribute to content writing, storytelling, and basic design work to effectively communicate impact to key stakeholders including donors, partners, volunteers, and the community. 

• Ensure marketing materials adhere to organisational guidelines and marketing ethics, especially when working with content related to children and youth.

Social Media & Digital Marketing 

• Assist in managing and growing Boys’ Town’s social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with meaningful and purposeful content.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and contribute insights for continuous improvement.
