CoreResponsibilities

• Purchase Order (PO) Management: Prepare, issue, and track POs to ensure accuracy in specifications, quantities, and delivery terms.

• General Administration: Handle daily clerical duties including filing, data entry into company system software, and preparing procurement reports.

KeyRequirements & Competencies

• Education: Minimum of a Higher Nitec, 'O' Levels and above or a relevant field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in administrative or procurement roles, preferably in the local Singapore operations, supply chain, or manufacturing sectors.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel for price comparison and inventory tracking) and willingness to learn inhouse software.
• Soft Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, strong multi-tasking abilities, and effective negotiation or vendor-relations skills.

As a production operator, your duties involve operating injection moulding machines to produce parts to meet production goals and timelines. Additionally, you will also be responsible for the quality control of products.

Your key responsibilities are as follows:

· Operate moulding machine in accordance to guidelines and instructions.

· Perform visual inspection of moulded parts as a first cut inspection.

· Perform inspection of moulded parts with the use of microscope to ensure it meets the required quality.

· Follow up on the job orders and production schedule timely to meet daily production targets.

· Ensure general workplace safety when operating the machines.

Job Summary:

Selected candidates will get the opportunity to work as Electronic Design Engineer on the design and production of our Next Generation subsea robotics products.

We are transitioning from our industry standard, human operated, hydraulic underwater Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) towards a highly autonomous ROV supervised from one of our remote operating centres.

The innovation electronic engineer will work in a team of experienced engineers on the ROV control system, working closely together with oversees R&D centres, internal production teams and global operational teams.

Development of Control system includes:

• Microcontroller, digital, analog, high speed circuitry design from conceptual to working product.
• Simple software programming in the area of peripheral configuration, device driver, test program to facilitate hardware validation.
• Liaise with production department to ensure products are manufactured to the highest quality standard.
• Travel to any part of the world in short notice to provide system support, integration, commissioning and training.  

Requirements:

• Proficient in English.  Written and spoken.
• Local polytechnic diploma, bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering.
• Able to perform analog, digital and PCB design with Altium.
• Able to produce isometrix projection drawing in Acad.
• Knowledge in signal integrity and high-speed PCB design.
• Working experience with microcontroller: Z180, PIC24, SAME5X …etc
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision. 
• Passion in learning.
