About the Role

Job Summary

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Technology, or related fields
• Knowledge in computer assembly, troubleshooting, and maintenance to support hardware lifecycle
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, IP configuration, routers, and switches for network management
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic server concepts to support daily IT operations
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, or system integration to assist in security and operational technology
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
• Good communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with colleagues and vendors

• Responsible for assigned inbound shipments in Singapore.
