Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor demand and issuance of inventory items with precision to ensure materials are available for production without delays.
- Process and manage all production demands efficiently, coordinating closely with the production team to meet their requirements.
- Monitoring accurate record of inventory and stock management system.
- Conversion of stock from SBUs. Including raising CV, arranging for transportation and managing transport adhoc form.
- Handle the processing and monitoring of parts returned from production, ensuring proper recording and timely updates in the system.
- Prepare and execute stocktake plan include processing physical inventory documents and preparing stocktake report.
- Prepare inventory status, issuance, returns, MOQ, stocktake and shelf-life reports and other ad hoc requests.
- Update Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) settings as requested by the Material Planning team.
Requirements and Skills:
- Completion of "O" Level/ Nitec or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, to manage data and reporting tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with SAP system is preferred.
- Possess good interpersonal skill and a positive attitude to handle challenging customers and resolve tense situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a positive, solution-oriented mindset, capable of handling challenging customer interactions professionally and resolving tense situations calmly.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with a strong sense of urgency, maintaining accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment. Willingness and flexibility to support operational requirements.
