We are looking for an individual to help drive Cyrus’s mission from theinside out by supporting HR team in our people operation processes andinitiatives. This role is suitable for someone looking to learn the foundationsof human resources through real-world experience.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding,in-service, and offboarding processes

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRMS andelectronic personnel files

Assist in improving and automating HR processes and workflows

Coordinate internal HR meetings, events, and related logistics

Organise and support employee engagement activities, company events,and CSR initiatives

Support planning and execution of employer branding initiatives,including event management and media/advertisement campaigns

Collaborate with stakeholders to support effective HR operations andservice delivery

Prepare internal and external communication materials such as EDMs,announcements, posters, and recruitment marketing content

Provide administrative and project support for HR initiatives

Who We Are Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in HumanResources, Business, or related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to presentideas clearly

Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speakingstakeholders is an added advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Google Suite

Job description:

Roles & Responsibilities

The Administration Intern will support day-to-day administrative coordination across the business. This role provides hands-on exposure to maritime operations and cross-functional workflows, while assisting with documentation, data management, and general coordination tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating operational documents, including Delivery Orders (DOs), using standard templates
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for various functions like HR and Operations
• Support filing, document organisation, and maintenance of structured records and trackers
• Assist in obtaining quotations from vendors and coordinating basic administrative follow-ups
• Support scheduling and coordination of office activities and internal tasks
• Assist with general HR and administrative support, including record keeping, information gathering, and documentation
• Provide general office and administrative support as required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable working with data, documentation, and administrative tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn and take initiative
