JOB DESCRIPTION

• In charge of all used vehicle and Leasing fleet for the company

• In charge of the vehicle movement and parking

• In charge of arranging the vehicle for repair, regular servicing and inspection, including scheduling, arranging of manpower, dealing with external contractor/vendors and etc.

• In charge and ensure that the vehicles are in good ready condition to be delivered any time

• In charge and ensure that vehicle has cleared the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) before delivering to customer

• In charge of getting the reinstatement quote for leasing customer returning vehicle, including able to quote independently

• In charge of the company phone and be the main contact point for leasing customer (including weekends)

• Dealing with vehicle breakdown involving our leasing fleet including over-the-phone advise to the driver, arranging for towing, onsite support, etc.

• Dealing with accident involving our leasing fleet including over-the-phone advise to the driver, arranging driver down to do accident report, collecting accident excess from customer, etc.

• Assist the credit control team in the rental payment collection from specific group of customers

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum qualification: GCE O-Level

• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills

• Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes

Client Relations & Administration Executive

Responsible for managing client support and after-sales services, coordinating documentation, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The role focuses on maintaining good client relationships, resolving operational issues, and handling administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quotation for customers and advise the best insurance and its products

The Job

• Review and Process Loan Applications under Hire Purchase, Credit Loans and other loan products which involves meticulously reviewing loan applications, verifying information provided by applicants, and assessing their creditworthiness.
• You'll be responsible for preparing all necessary loan documentation accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements under hire purchase act and company policies.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements is paramount in the financial industry. You'll need to stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure all loan documentation meets these standards.

The successful candidate will ensure full compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices, and Foreign Employee Dormitories Act (FEDA) requirements, while supporting day‑to‑day operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource & Administrative Functions

• Perform end‑to‑end HR administration, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, HR letters, and personnel files
• Administer attendance tracking, leave management, overtime records, and HR documentation
• Coordinate with payroll vendors on salary processing and statutory contributions

Foreign Manpower & MOM Compliance

· Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.

· Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation.

· Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Team Collaboration

· Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other disciplines.

· Attend project coordination meetings and provide technical input.

· Support senior architectural staff in design optimization and value engineering initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

· 2–5 years of experience in construction projects.

· Knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction methods.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a responsible and proactive HR & Admin Executive to support daily HR operations and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview coordination, onboarding)

• Process Work Pass (WP/SP) applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOM systems

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Process payroll, leave, and attendance records

• Ensure compliance with Singapore labour regulations and company policies

• Liaise with government authorities such as MOM, CPF Board, and IRAS

• Provide general administrative and office support

• Prepare reports and HR-related documentation

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience

• Hands-on experience with MOM Work Pass applications preferred

• Familiar with CPF submission and IRAS reporting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
