We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our Model Engineering Team, focused on building, training, and improving computer vision models used in real-world systems. In this role, you will engineer models for improved accuracy, speed, and reliability, and work across experimentation, data, and production-facing ML pipelines.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers to translate research ideas and experiments into practical improvements that impact deployed systems.

What You’ll Do:

Model Engineering & Training

Data & Experimentation Infrastructure

• Work with large-scale datasets, including preprocessing, augmentation, validation, and quality checks.
• Follow established workflows for dataset versioning, experiment tracking, and reproducibility.
• Write clean, maintainable experiment code and configuration-driven training setups.

Production & MLOps Exposure

• Assist with model deployment and monitoring under the guidance of senior engineers.

Minimum Requirements

Role Description

Team Leadership & Technical Direction

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers to deliver engineering solutions ensuring team capabilities align with customer expectations.

Qualifications

Essential Experience

·       Solid experience of managing the development of real time distributed complex software centric solutions in a safety critical environment (10+ years)

·       A recognized leader with solid experience in managing multi-skilled global engineering teams and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

·       Solid knowledge and experience in Systems Engineering lifecycle (eg. EIA632,ISO/IEC15288)

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for developing printable inks based on natural material-derived precursors, such as natural materials-derived calcium phosphate, or related biomineral materials. The work will involve optimizing ink rheology, printability, shape fidelity, and structural stability for extrusion-based 3D printing. The candidate will also design and fabricate porous scaffold architectures with controlled pore size, porosity, and interconnectivity, while optimizing printing parameters such as nozzle size, extrusion pressure, printing speed, and layer height.

A key part of the project will involve post-processing and material conversion of the printed constructs. The candidate will develop and optimize sintering or thermal treatment protocols to convert printed structures into bone-relevant ceramic phases. Through this process, the candidate will help tune the phase composition and mechanical performance of the scaffolds, with the goal of producing reproducible and scalable bone implant prototypes.

• Support the build and modification of prototype units, including electrical harnessing, mechanical assembly, and part rework.

• Assemble PCBs, including soldering surface-mount and through-hole components. Perform expert-level rework, including fine-pitch components and BGA packages.
