Job Description:

• Take off quantities and participate in private and public project tenders;

• Periodically travel to site for site meetings, on-site measurement and data collection;

• Assess and submit monthly progressive claim and recommend subcontractors’ monthly progress payment;

• Evaluate and certify progress work done, includes contract administration for variations for both main contract and subcontract works;

The Rotating Shift Technician is responsible for supporting 24×7 data centre operations, ensuring the reliability, safety, and continuity of all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), critical infrastructure, and facilities systems in accordance with approved procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), and safety requirements.

• Prepare the software driver& application versions required in a PC; which is the heart of the machine.

• Once a system is firstlypower up, configure its controllers & Drivers.

• Check through all theInputs/Outputs, correspond to sensors & actuators.

• Check through all the motoraxes, perform necessary tunning.

• Able to troubleshoot on thecomponent level.

Pre-Shipment:

• Backup machine data.

• Perform antivirus scanning.

• Update setup procedures& user manual, if changes were made.

Skill Requirement

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering or its equivalent

• Programming experience indotnet C# is a plus.

• Good hands-on knowledge andinterest in self improving job knowledge.

Your new responsibilities

• Own overall product yield performance and key yield metrics
• Drive yield improvement, scrap reduction, and excursion management while leading root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Prepare engineering reports, qualification documents, and yield summaries
• Apply AI and data analytics to enhance yield prediction, detect process anomalies, and optimize manufacturing performance
• Analyse large datasets using JMP, Minitab, Python, SQL to apply statistical methods to predict issues and improve process margins
• Provide technical support and data for customer feedback and engineering reviews
• Collaborate and work closely with OSAT partners, Supplier Quality Engineering and Customer Quality Engineering
• Lead product qualification, reliability assessment, and risk mitigation
• Mentor junior engineers and support cross-functional technical discussions

What we look for

• Bachelor’s or master’s in electrical/Electronics/Materials Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor product or yield engineering
• Strong skills in data analytics, SPC, DOE, and statistical tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab, Python, SQL Spotfire)
• Experience with high-volume manufacturing and NPI processes
• Strong problem-solving mindset with hands-on curiosity.
• Able to drive decisions in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
