• 3–5 years of experience in project administration, preferably in an architecture, engineering, or construction environment
• Familiarity with government or institutional project delivery processes (e.g., public procurement, regulatory approvals)
• Strong command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Preferred

• Knowledge of architecture project phases from pre-design through construction administration

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure seamless service delivery
• Lead and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional, personalised dining experiences aligned with Shang Palace standards
• Ensure all guests receive warm, attentive, and professional service at all times
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and ambiance in accordance with brand and hygiene standards
• Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolution
• Support in staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations
• Assist in inventory control, ordering, and cost management to meet financial targets
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service
• Support the implementation of promotions, special events, and seasonal menus

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a fine‑dining or luxury hospitality environment
• Previous supervisory or assistant managerial experience in F&B operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
