Job Summary

The Director of Finance is responsible for safeguarding the financial integrity, stability and performance of COMO Hotels and Resorts. The role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, drives financial planning and analysis, strengthens internal controls, oversees treasury and cash flow management, and partners with hotel operations to improve profitability and business performance.

Working closely with Property Financial Controllers/Director of Finance, General Managers and Corporate Leadership, the Director of Finance provides strategic financial guidance and operational support to achieve the Group’s financial objectives. The position acts as a deputy to the Vice President Finance on key financial and operational matters, supports hotel openings and corporate initiatives, and drives finance process improvements to promote consistency, compliance and operational excellence across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting, Accounting & Consolidation

• Oversee the preparation, review and consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for all properties, subsidiaries and corporate entities.

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with IFRS, company policies, statutory requirements and regulatory standards.

• Review monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries and financial performance reports.

• Analyse financial results and provide meaningful commentary on key business drivers, risks, opportunities and performance trends.

Job Requirements:

Education& Professional Qualifications

Experience

•       Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience.

•       At least 8 years within hospitality finance, including significant exposure to hotel operations.

The purpose of this position is to provide leadership and inspiration for a talented team of staff and consultants working on resolving and preventing conflict in Southeast and Northeast Asia.

Key responsibilities would include:

·       Providing strategic vision and a flair for creative private diplomacy to resolve and prevent conflict in the region producing clear and measurable results.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned operations leader to take overall charge of the Service Bureau (a public-facing service point providing filing, processing and enquiry services) and the eLitigation (a digital platform for electronic court filings) user experience. You will own operational performance, service standards, and the customer experience across both, and serve as the primary conduit to the management of the Judiciary for insights, reporting, and escalations.

Key Responsibilities

1) Vendor and Operations Oversight

•      Serve as the primary point of contact and work closely with the Judiciary to monitor the appointed vendor’s operational performance against KPIs and service level commitments of the Service Bureau

•      Conduct regular service reviews, audits, spot checks and review operational reports and validate against on-the-ground observations

This is the group-level commercial mandate: to identify and open the highest-leverage partnerships across every Manifest business, to build the government and institutional relationships that create durable, compounding revenue, and to develop the new commercial frontiers, workforce, employers, bilateral education agreements, transnational education, that sit beyond what any single brand currently owns.

The Manifest flywheel accelerates when more institutions, governments, and enterprise partners join the ecosystem. More school groups choosing the K12 platform means more students. This role is the person who opens that flywheel at the institutional level: the partnerships that are too large, too cross-brand, or too strategically significant for any single business unit to own.

You are the group's most senior commercial operator outside the CEO. You work alongside the business unit leaders, not above them. But you go where they cannot: across brand lines, across geographies, into government relationships and enterprise accounts that require the full weight of the Manifest group behind them.

What Makes This Role Different

Most senior commercial roles at growth-stage companies are optimisation roles. You inherit a market, a pipeline, and a playbook, and you execute better than your predecessor. This is not that. The mandate here is genuinely open-ended in a way that few roles at this level are: the commercial frontiers Manifest has not yet crossed are larger than the ones it has. You are arriving with it already in place. The question is not how to build the network. It is what to do with it at institutional and government scale.

The broader overseas education industry is contracting. Manifest is growing. That is not coincidence. It is the result of owning the full infrastructure stack at a moment when standalone players are being squeezed. What You Own

Group-level enterprise and institutional partnerships

• Identify, develop, and close the highest-leverage partnerships across the Manifest group: school groups, university systems, government ministries, multilateral education bodies, and enterprise employers
• Own the relationships that are too large, too cross-brand, or too strategically significant for any single business unit to manage alone
• Bring the relevant business unit leaders into partnerships where brand-specific execution is required, while maintaining group-level ownership of the relationship and the commercial outcome

Government and bilateral partnerships

The first six years of a child's life shape everything that follows. For children from lower-income families, what happens in that window determines the trajectory. KidSTART exists to change those odds: personal home-based support, delivered by trained practitioners, built on evidence, and scaled nationally.

KidSTART completed its nationwide expansion in 2025. The programme now reaches families in all 24 towns, is scaling toward 80 per cent of eligible children in every birth cohort and has nearly tripled its practitioner base in two years. What happens next depends on whether the programme model can keep pace with that growth.

That is what this role is for.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Assistant Director for Programme Development, you will lead the thinking behind how KidSTART works, and where it is headed. You own the service model and the operational policies that govern how practitioners support families. You work directly with MSF in the strategic direction and hold accountability for programme outcomes across a network of implementing agencies, while also looking ahead to develop new or better services and programmes to better serve children from lower-income and/or vulnerable families.

This is not an execution role. It is the role that decides what gets executed. You will need to hold along view of what a good early childhood programme looks like on a national scale, while staying close enough to implementation to know when the model is not working.

The right person for this role is someone who has shaped policy or programme design before, is energised by the complexity of multi-agency implementation, and is motivated by the prospect of getting it right for children who need it most.

Programme Strategy and Model Design

Lead the planning, design, and review of KidSTART's service model, operational policies, and processes —including funding and manpower frameworks — aligned with MSF's national strategic direction. Own the integrity of what KidSTART does and how it does it.

Job Summary

Lead sponsorship sales and commercial strategy for the Badminton World Federation in Asia Pacific, managing client relationships, developing proposals, and executing deals to exceed revenue targets and expand market presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead sponsorship sales across assigned Asia Pacific territories, primarily Eastern Asia, aligning with Infront Pan-Asia’s commercial strategy
• Consistently achieve and exceed annual sponsorship revenue targets through proactive pipeline management
• Own and actively manage a robust sales pipeline across assigned intellectual properties
• Define target categories, priority brands, and go-to-market strategies for assigned properties based on market insights
• Identify new commercial opportunities driven by market trends, brand objectives, and category insights
• Build, develop, and maintain senior-level relationships with brands and advertising/media agencies across Asia Pacific
• Expand Infront’s agency network and strengthen collaboration with key regional and multinational agency groups
• Act as a trusted commercial advisor by understanding clients’ business, marketing, and brand objectives
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, and content teams to develop compelling rights packages and sales presentations
• Lead the end-to-end sales process including brief interpretation, proposal development, concept creation, storytelling, asset customization, and valuation
• Pitch confidently and persuasively to senior client stakeholders to secure sponsorship deals
• Lead commercial negotiations and contractual discussions in coordination with regional leadership and legal teams
• Work effectively within a matrix organization across territories and functions to drive sales success
• Contribute actively to internal sales meetings and planning sessions to align strategies
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of contacts, meetings, pipelines, and proposals within the global CRM system

Required competencies and certifications

• University bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proven track record in sponsorship sales, media sales, digital advertising, or integrated marketing solutions sales within Asia Pacific
• Demonstrated success selling high-value, multi-market sponsorship or partnership solutions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience within agencies, rights holders, or media environments
• Established network of senior contacts across brands and advertising agencies in Asia Pacific
• Strong understanding of the sports marketing ecosystem, sponsorship best practices, and category dynamics in Asia Pacific
• Outstanding business development, pitching, presentation, and negotiation skills applied to securing sponsorship deals
• Strong commercial acumen to translate client objectives into effective sponsorship solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with credibility at senior-executive level
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, international environment
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and collaborative team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems, and professional social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) for business development and sales pipeline management
• Fluent in English
