We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Project Sales Executive to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting clients, building relationships, and developing business opportunities. While experience in the M&E, construction, or fire protection industry is an advantage, it is not essential. We believe attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills are equally important, and comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Attend client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
• Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on enquiries.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations with support from the Projects Coordinator and engineering team.
• Work closely with Project Engineers to develop suitable technical solutions for customers.
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth handover of awarded projects.
• Maintain regular contact with customers throughout the sales process.
• Keep track of sales opportunities and provide updates on quotation status.

This role works closely with sales, marketing, and management teams to translate insights into actionable strategies that improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and sales requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, pricing strategies, and customer engagement.
• Translate business and sales requirements into functional specifications for systems, tools, or processes.
• Work closely with sales teams to support pipeline management, forecasting, and territory planning.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to track sales KPIs and business performance.
• Support CRM optimization, sales automation, and reporting enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and IT to implement solutions.
• Assist in developing go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials.
• Participate in customer meetings to understand needs and support solution design.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for sales-related systems and tools.

Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager/Lead Engineer to deliver Industrial Automation Systems.

The Engineer will be involved in both design and configuration of the network devices & security solutions such as the following:

• L2 and L3 network switches
• Firewalls and Intrusion Detection/Protection System
• Network Monitoring System
• Backup and Recovery System
• WSUS, Endpoint Protection & Whitelisting of Applications
• Domain Controller
• Virtualization (Hyper-V)
• Nutanix VM platform design/ setup / installation
• Network Intrusion Detection System (NIDS) & Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure design and engineering
• Has working experience in Nutanix VM platform design/ setup / installation
• Has experience leading small team of engineers or have coordinated activities with team members of different disciplines (e.g. Vendors, Sales team)
• Has designed, implemented and been involved in troubleshooting of Network & Security solutions
• Has demonstrated or conducted POC for IT / OT solutions to Customer
• Work experience in Industrial Automation with OT Domain Knowledge will be an advantage
• Holding any of the following certifications will be factored positively

- ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certifications / Expert
- Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP)
- Cisco CCNA / CCNP / CCIE certification
