Responsibilities
- Perform body and foot massage therapy to meet client relaxation and wellness needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organized presentation of equipment and product inventory to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
- Acknowledge and respond promptly to customer queries and needs to enhance client satisfaction
- Uphold hygiene standards and comply with health and safety regulations to ensure client and staff safety
- Assist with reception duties, including greeting clients and managing appointments, to support smooth daily operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience as a foot reflexologist to deliver specialized massage services
- Effective communication skills to engage with customers clearly and courteously
