Job Summary
Handle corporate legal matters under Indian law, draft and negotiate agreements across international common law jurisdictions, and advise clients on structuring and transactional requirements.
Responsibilities
- Draft EPC contracts for turnkey projects to support client project execution and risk management
- Prepare corporate commercial documents for clients across IT, hospitality, F&B services, and infrastructure sectors to ensure legal compliance and business clarity
- Negotiate agreements between parties from various international common law jurisdictions to facilitate cross-border transactions
- Advise clients on legal structuring and transactional requirements to optimize business outcomes and mitigate risks
- Manage general corporate legal matters under Indian law to support client operations and governance
