Job Summary

Lead the expansion strategy for the China market by managing recruitment channels and partnerships, developing institutional relationships, driving branding activities, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve enrolment and growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the China market expansion strategy to increase student enrolment and business growth
• Manage student recruitment channels and agent partnerships to optimize recruitment outcomes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese schools and institutions to support recruitment efforts
• Plan and implement branding and promotional activities in China to enhance market presence
• Collaborate with Singapore internal teams to coordinate admissions and ensure smooth student onboarding

Develop and implement the company’s China market expansion strategy in line with business growth objectives.

Build, manage, and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, schools, and recruitment agencies in China.

Oversee student recruitment channels and optimise admissions conversion performance.

Develop branding, promotional, and marketing initiatives for the China market to enhance awareness and lead generation.

Conduct market research on student demand, competitor positioning, and industry trends in China.

Negotiate and manage cooperation agreements with channel partners, schools, and institutional stakeholders.

Organise recruitment campaigns, roadshows, information sessions, and promotional events targeting prospective students and parents.

Monitor enrolment targets, channel performance, and student acquisition metrics, and propose improvement plans.

Coordinate with internal teams in Singapore to ensure smooth admissions processing, student onboarding, and service delivery.

Prepare regular business development and recruitment performance reports for management review.
