About Us
We are a China-based logistics company expanding our business in Singapore and building a local operations team. We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to support our LCL export operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage LCL Export Operations

• Handle daily LCL export activities, including cargo consolidation, coordination with CFS warehouses, carrier/co-loader bookings, and export transportation arrangements.
• Ensure shipments are processed and loaded on time.

Ensure Regulatory Compliance

• Prepare and submit export declarations through TradeNet.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and accurate HS code classification.
• Follow all export documentation and cargo handling requirements.

Coordinate with Customers and Partners

• Act as the main contact point for customers, overseas agents, carriers, and co-loaders.
• Resolve shipment issues such as cargo delays, booking changes, documentation discrepancies, and space constraints.

Support System and Process Improvements

• Use and help improve the company's logistics platform for shipment tracking, reporting, and invoicing.
• Assist in implementing efficient operational processes.

Work with Regional Teams

• Collaborate closely with teams in China, Vietnam, and other Southeast Asian countries to ensure smooth shipment handling and accurate documentation.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in international freight forwarding, preferably in LCL export operations.
• Good understanding of LCL consolidation processes and export shipment coordination.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients and overseas counterparts.

Preferred

• Experience handling Singapore export customs procedures and TradeNet declarations.
• Familiarity with freight forwarding systems and logistics software.

Site Management: Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring all work aligns with building codes, blueprints, and project specifications. [1, 2]

Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, Workplace Safety and Health guidelines). Conduct daily hazard assessments and site inspections. [1, 2]

Resource Coordination: Supervise trade workers and subcontractors. Ensure the timely delivery of building materials, tools, and heavy equipment. [1, 2]

Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor daily workflow, adjust schedules to meet milestones, and maintain accurate site logs and documentation. [1, 2]

Communication: Act as the primary link between on-site labor and Project Managers, architects, or clients.

Technical Presentations & Demos: Showcasing product functionality and benefits through live demonstrations and presentations.

Customer Consultation: Understanding client needs to recommend and design customized, cost-effective solutions.

Sales Process Management: Managing the full sales cycle, including tender preparation, cost estimates, contract negotiations, and closing deals.

Pre/Post-Sales Support: Offering technical expertise, troubleshooting, and product training to clients.

Market Feedback: Liaising with Research & Development (R&D) teams to inform future product developments based on market needs

A Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, and food safety regulations. They ensure meals are served on time, maintain a clean kitchen environment, and assist in managing kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet expectations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., proper storage, handling, and sanitation)
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or expired items
• Assist in receiving and storing food supplies
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Work closely with kitchen staff and follow instructions from the Head Chef or Supervisor
• Ensure timely preparation of orders, especially during busy hours

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as a cook or similar role (preferred)
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
• Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management and multitasking skills
• Team player with good communication skills
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours and handle kitchen tasks
