7. Assists in all project administration where required.

8. Degree in Engineering with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.

9. Knowledge of Tekla, AutoCad, etc a benefit.

Plan and execute workforce into production schedule. Coordinate with logistic department, information to the logistics system to ensure existing information for further processing.

1.     Help to carry out several tasks between production and workforce availability.

2.     Plan and execute production, ensure productivity of the teamwork.

3.     Ensure output is as per schedule and meet due date(s) for project(s).

4.     Report / update Directors the daily progress of work.

5.     Ensure the proper order of raw materials to carry out process of work.

6.     Be conscious of wastages; - planned and advice for correct quantity to purchase and use.

7.     Plan the delivery accordingly.

8.     Perform filing and documentation issues, and provide with vital assistance in keep records.

9.     Follow SOP and report on performances, budgets and other reports required from time to time.

4. Works closely with suppliers, customers and internal staff to meet the quality requirements.

5. Assists Executive9s) in handling audits from internal and external sources (ISO, customers, suppliers).

1. Creates drawings based on client’s requirements and specifications.

2. Amends and updates drawings as and when corrections are made as directed by superiors.

3. Co-ordinated with site staff, contractors and project team on the drawings and to ensure works are within schedule.

4. Conducts regular reviews and ensures that the preparation/finalisation of drawings are compliant with various statutory guidelines.

5. Requirement from Diploma to Degree of Civil Engineering to consider only.

5a. For Diploma / Degree candidate a must to operate Tekla modelling /Revit / Autocad.

1. Maintaining the purchasing policy and ensuring that all purchases  adhere to it.  An executive would set the policy as well.

2. Choosing the suppliers that the company will deal with and maintaining the legal interaction with them.

3. Managing any SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) that may be in place and managing any Master Agreements between the suppliers and the company.

4. Ensuring that the best use of the businesses’ money is made and that not too much money is tied up in stock and supplies.

5. Review inventories and order as required.

6. Keep track of BQs and control the orders.

7. Alert the Management if requisition is over  the BQ.

8. Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies.

9. Review inventories and order as required.

10. Team with Store for better communication and work order.
