Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising restaurant staff.
- Customer Service: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling complaints, and building positive customer relationships.
- Inventory Management: Managing food and beverage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
- Operations: Overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth service delivery. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and other relevant laws and policies.
- Marketing: Contributing to marketing efforts, promoting the restaurant, and developing strategies to attract customers.
