Job Summary

You will develop innovative interior and architectural designs, producing detailed 2D and 3D drawings to support production. Collaborate effectively with team members to communicate design concepts and ensure accurate execution.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize interior and architectural designs to meet project requirements
• Plan creative layouts that optimize space functionality and aesthetics
• Produce creative accurate and detailed 2D drawings ready for production use
• Apply 3D modeling skills using SketchUp to visualize design concepts
• Use Sketchup and AutoCAD drafting software to develop and refine design plans
• Communicate design ideas clearly to co-workers to facilitate smooth production processes

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior or Architecture Design
• Proficiency in English for effective communication
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in interior or architectural design
• Skilled in 3D Max, SketchUp, and AutoCAD drafting software

• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: $4,800.00 and above per month depending on experience and value add

What you'll do:

1. Support sales cycle with consultative solution selling for customers and potential customers:

· Execute against the major steps of the BlueYonder sales process: discovery, solutioning, demonstration, POC, RFP, and follow-up phases.

· Work closely with overall sales team to deliver comprehensive and integrated solution message.

· Provide consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation and provide proof of concept.

· Provide customized live demonstrations of the BlueYonder solutions that meets customer’s business needs.

· Ability to articulate BlueYonder values to C-level customer audience.

· Establish trusted solution advisor role in all aspects of client engagement during the sales process, and be the pursuit-partner with the Sales Executive.

· Sell against annual revenue targets of software subscription/license.

· Maintain extensive knowledge of complex aspects of products and systems.

· Provide feedback from field experiences to BlueYonder product management teams to improve future releases.

2. Support post-sales activities:

· Provide comprehensive transition to service team after sale.

· Build relationship with customers, that would help in identification of additional opportunities for value creation.

3. Support marketing events to promote BlueYonder in the market.

4. Support partner enablement sessions to develop BlueYonder ecosystem in the market.

To be successful for the role, you'll need:

· Bachelor’s or higher degree or equivalent work experience required.

· 3 - 5 years of presales experience in a customer facing environment, creating or developing business processes, strategies and philosophies for supply chain planning in manufacturing / Retail industry.

· Experience and success in selling high value, long lead time enterprise applications.

· Deep domain knowledge and expertise in manufacturing/ Retail industry.

· Proven sales attainment track record.

· Outstanding executive presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

· Strong software technical acumen.

· Ability to learn new solutions, configure the demos, effectively present those solutions, and explain the value to customers.

· High comfort level and executive presence for presenting BlueYonder’s capabilities to senior executives.

· Previous experience with BlueYonder solutions (including any AI/ML suctioning) would be even more welcomed.

· Experience of establishing relationships with the key decision makers to facilitate a successful sales outcome.

· Self-learner, self-starter, results-driven attitude.

· Travel is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop account plans and winning strategies, in collaboration with extended account team, for key accounts in territory.
• Build and execute on a business plan which demonstrates steps/activities, revenue components required to meet and exceed assigned revenue and customer satisfaction objectives within territory or portfolio of assigned accounts.
• Form, build, lead, and be a member of a successful account sales team which drives Blue Yonder Strategy, revenue, customer growth and customer satisfaction
• Develop, foster and sustain strong relationships as a trusted advisor to assigned customers, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty while maximizing Blue Yonder revenue and protecting Blue Yonder's interests.
• Plan and conduct goal orientated customer meetings which maximizes positive deal or conflict resolution progress. 
• Position and sell the full value of Blue Yonder's products and services portfolio to maximize revenue, customer growth and customer satisfaction by leveraging a team selling model, a proactive, preemptive and consultative customer engagement model, and an established sales process.  
• Proactively research and analyze available customer situational information (Market data, Social Media, Customer Articles, etc.) to build and position a preemptive value proposition to a customer BEFORE they identify their own need.
• Plan and conduct efficient and meaningful customer discovery sessions to gain valuable insight into your prospect's business and vision and provide clarity on how Blue Yonder products and services can help them achieve their goals.
• Construct and deliver customer presentations and proposals which are concise, compelling and valuable in the eyes of the prospect or the customer.
• Follow established Pre-Sales Processes for Software and Services
• Properly manage opportunities and forecast within Salesforce.com in a timely manner. 
• Appropriately and effectively negotiate with a prospect/customer during a sales cycle balancing deal transaction acceleration and giving the least number of concessions.
• Follow established business practices processes for Sales in order to draft, have approved and legally negotiate (Terms and Conditions) contracts with customers in your territory. 
• Follow established delivery handoff procedure as applicable for Support, Cloud, Consulting and Education in order to ensure customers efficiently, transparently and fluidly transition from Sales to Delivery.

Job requirements:

• Experienced working in a large software company with proven success in selling enterprise-level, complex software sales in large accounts.
• Proven sales quota attainment record.
• Proven account planning and new business development skills.
• Outstanding presentation, facilitation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Outstanding customer-focused Account Management skills.
• Demonstrated sales track record with Tier-1 Manufacturing/ Retail customers (5-8 years’ experience and above) is preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing/ Retail industry pain points and related cost-drivers is preferred.
• Understanding of broad competitive solution footprints for the Supply Chain information systems marketplace is preferred.
• Demonstrated relationships with Supply Chain Industry system integrators.
